C25K W2 R1

FUCK!

I mean...Jess...that run Rocked!

For the rest of you FUCK! I couldn't even finish the last two intervals...Instead of running the full 90 seconds...I cut out after 60 and walked. And I did the last to at a 10:32 pace. Ok...pardon my french...but I was really disappointed in myself after such good runs last week.

Probably didn't help that I did it at 10:30pm...or that I ate at a greasy spoon diner 3 hours earlier. UGH. I need to get home where I an disciplined with my food...and I'm not doing crazy crap like running at 10:30pm...

So better run next time, I hope...

You nearly made me spit out coke! Coke I shouldn't be drinking, but I am. I'm thinking about repeating week 1. I'm not sure yet. I need to decide and do something later! My calves still hurt. Squatting is so painful! Ernie ran with me Sat and it was a struggle for me. I'm not sure if it was because I don't usually exercise on the weekend or what.

I think you're doing great! 10:30 at night, though? Why?

I would repeat week #1...I'm thinking that I'm going to need to so that with Week #2 if the second run doesn't go any better. I know I did this a few times last summer where I struggled through the first run of the new set. It just hurt my ego last night...because I am so confident this year for some reason...perhaps because I'm starting early.

and 10:30...because I ate a late supper and had to let all that grease settle...

Anyways...This is a new exercise for you...ain't nothing wrong with repeating...it's better than killing yourself...and your shins will work themselves out...ice and Advil!!!...their just weak and runnig through then will work on getting them stronger...
